A fully comprehensive Hypnobirthing & Postnatal Preparation course to give you ALL the tools & empowerment you need to navigate your pre and postnatal journey.

At the beautiful venue - Orchard Barn, Stallingborough this will be a six week course packed with content in a serene environment, giving you the chance to bond as a couple  as you embark on this new adventure together. To make new connections with other couples and be supported, heard and held as you learn and explore your options.
