These are some ideas of the packages I can offer, most packages are done bespoke to meet your families needs.
Please note that additional travel expenses may apply depending on your location/distance from me.
A free 30 min consultation is offered before purchasing any service to allow you to meet me and ensure we are the right fit to go forward and work together, it is really important you find the right Doula for you as we will be spending a lot of time together and sharing the most intimate beautiful journey. You can book this through my website or please get in touch to check my availability if you would like to request we meet in person rather than over a zoom call.
Full terms and conditions of the package will be on your contract and shared at the above meeting.
Payment plans can be discussed to spread the cost throughout your pregnancy, however full payment is required by week 38.
The Quartz Package
Everything you need for support through every step of your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period.
Hypnobirthing + Birth Doula + Postnatal Doula
Someone there for you to offer emotional and practical support who is highly trained and experienced at the end of the phone and in person.
Would you like to fill your pregnancy with positive preparations, helping you believe in yourself and your abilities to birth your baby. Someone who continues that support looking after you and your partner throughout the birth, someone you have got to know and learnt to trust, someone you know has got your back - ensuring your preferences and choices are honoured and respected, who can help you ask questions to make informed decisions that are unique to your own individual needs and be your birthing wing woman. Once your baby is born do you want this support to continue, someone to be there to hold space for you and to listen to you, someone who has become a friend who is knowledgeable and can provide you with evidence based and up to date information to guide you in your decision making as a new parent, to empower you in your own decisions and have no judgement or tell you what you should and shouldn't be doing, just non biased support and encouragement. Someone who can help protect your own wellbeing giving you time to heal and recover physically.

A full Hypnobirthing/antenatal preparation course which includes postnatal preparation and practical tips such as active birth positions and written birth plans.
Full birth doula offer, emotional and practical support during your labour (however long that may be!) and a 4 week 'on call' window.
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your new born.
Plus a full postnatal support package - 12 hours of postnatal Doula support in the home, focusing on emotional support, feeding support, bonding and postnatal recovery. This is to be taken at days/times to suit you from my availability spread out within the first 12 weeks postnatally.
An introductory baby massage session in your home plus oil & handouts to keep.
Phone/email support throughout each step.

The Amethyst Package
Everything you need to prepare for a positive empowering birth experience. Support for you throughout your pregnancy in your preparations for birth and support for you and your partner during the birth of your baby.
Hypnobirthing + Birth Doula
This package includes.....

One follow up postnatal visit for initial support and birth debrief
Phone/email support throughout your pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postnatally

Two antenatal meetings to get to know each other better, look at how birth works, your hopes/fears and birth preferences to plan for your birth and to explore how I can best support you both.
Support throughout your whole labour (however long that may be!) plus a 4 week 'on call' window.
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your newborn
Plus a full postnatal support package - 12 hours of postnatal Doula support in the home, focusing on emotional support, feeding support, bonding and postnatal recovery. This is to be taken at days/times to suit you from my availability spread out within the first 12 weeks postnatally.

The Pearl Package
The perfect postnatal support package for you and your new born.
Postnatal Doula support on its own
My focus is on bringing you emotional support, feeding support, honouring your postnatal recovery and enhancing your bond with your new baby. Please see the 'services' page for a more detailed overview of what postnatal doula support can look like, but it is very much led by you and your individual needs. This support package is best given within the fourth trimester (the first 12 weeks) however this can be reviewed on an individual basis depending on your own personal circumstances.
The package includes.....
One antenatal visit to meet you and discuss your requirement for postnatal support, get to know each other better and look at preparing for the fourth trimester together.
12 hours of postnatal Doula support, this can be taken at times/days to suit you from my availability - please note a minimum of 2 hours is required per visit.
An introductory Baby Massage session in the home including oil and handouts to keep.
Phone/email/whatsapp support throughout our time working together.

The Agate Package

Hypnobirthing 1:1 Course
My bespoke hypnobirthing course can be at a time and place to suit you and your parter, 8 hours of learning, discussions and planning will provide you with all the knowledge, tools and confidence to aim for a positive empowering birth and early postnatal experience.
The content may vary and will be personalised to meet your own unique needs and is suitable for all types of birthing and postnatal plans. An idea of some topics we will cover during are....

The Virtual Package
Not local to me but still like the idea of my support?
On a tight budget?
Would like support but maybe not directly in person in your birth space?
I've got you covered....!
This package offers a more flexible way of support as and when you need it.
It includes:
Two virtual antenatal meetings to help support you in your birth and postnatal preparations (this can also be in person if you are local to me however additional costs will apply).
Support via email/whatsapp/phone/text for the whole duration of our contract to ask questions and seek guidance when you need it - think of it as a doula in your pocket!
Early labour support (virtually) to help you stay home for as long as you can and know when is the right time to transfer to the hospital or when to call the midwives, it could be moral support for your partner too on knowing what to do & when.
My support will then continue (if you want / need it) virtually with facetime/phone/whatsapp as and when during the labour to help you and your partner in decision making around your care and someone to call upon again for guidance when you need it.
One virtual postnatal meeting to debrief about your birth experience and offer that initial postnatal support with feeding / postnatal recovery etc (again can be done in person if local to me for an additional cost).
Additional meetings can be added on to meet your needs / custom contracts can be agreed, please get in touch for your free initial meeting to discuss this.

Birth Pool hire
My 'birth pool in a box' birth pool is available to add on to any of the above packages for an additional cost of £88 which allows me to purchase a new liner hose etc for you to use it safely.
Should you want to hire the pool on its own without my additional support you can (although I currently only have one pool so if I am booked it may not be available).
Hiring the pool from me includes personal delivery and set up with information on what to do and when / how to use the pool and all of your questions answered in person. Plus collection after the birth.
This option is £188 but may include additional travel costs depending on where you are and how far I am travelling (I am willing to travel within around an hour of Wragby Lincolnshire).
