These are some ideas of the packages I can offer, most packages are done bespoke to meet your families needs.
Please note that additional travel expenses may apply depending on your location/distance from me.
A free 30 min consultation is offered before purchasing any service to allow you to meet me and ensure we are the right fit to go forward and work together, it is really important you find the right Doula for you as we will be spending a lot of time together and sharing the most intimate beautiful journey. Please contact me to book this and check my availability.
Full terms and conditions of the package will be on your contract and shared at the above meeting.
Payment plans can be discussed to spread the cost throughout your pregnancy, however full payment is required by week 38.

The Quartz Package
Support through every step of your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. A hand to hold through every step.
Someone there for you to offer emotional and practical support who is highly trained and experienced at the end of the phone and in person. Maybe you are nervous going into your birth experience not knowing where to turn, what options are there for you and how you will manage it or you are hoping for a better experience than last time and better support as you prepare.
Would you like to fill your pregnancy with positive preparations, helping you believe in yourself and your abilities to birth your baby. Someone who continues that support looking after you and your partner throughout the birth, someone you have got to know and learnt to trust, someone you know has got your back - ensuring your preferences and choices are honoured and respected, who can help you ask questions to make informed decisions that are unique to your own individual needs and be your birthing wing woman! Once your baby is born do you want this support to continue, someone to be there to hold space for you and to listen to you, someone who has become a friend who is knowledgeable and can provide you with evidence based and up to date information to guide you in your decision making as a new parent, to empower you in your own decisions and have no judgement or tell you what you should and shouldn't be doing, just non biased support and encouragement. Someone who can help protect your own wellbeing giving you time to heal and recover physically.

Introductory baby massage session in your home plus oil & handouts to keep.
Phone/email support throughout each step and up to 12 weeks postnatal.

The Amethyst Package
Everything you need to prepare for a positive empowering birth experience. Support for you throughout your pregnancy in your preparations for birth and support for you and your partner during the birth of your baby.
This package includes.....
The full Hypnobirthing course (two additional antenatal sessions to cover this content) Plus access to our full online Hypnobirthing course for further learning and resources
Plus the full Birth Doula package which includes..
2x Antenatal meetings in your home to discuss your individual needs, prepare and plan for your birth and build on our relationship

1x follow up postnatal visit for initial support and birth debrief

The Agate Package
Emotional, practical and educational support for you and your partner before during and immediately after the birth of your baby.
The package includes.....
2x antenatal meetings to get to know each other better, look at how birth works, your hopes/fears and birth preferences to plan for your birth.
Support throughout your whole labour (however long that may be!)
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your newborn
1x follow up postnatal meeting for initial support and birth debrief
Phone/email/whatsapp support throughout your pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postnatally.

The Pearl Package
The perfect postnatal support package for you and your newborn.

My focus is on bringing you emotional support, feeding support, honouring your postnatal recovery and enhancing your bond with your new baby. Please see the 'services' page for a more detailed overview of what postnatal doula support can look like, but it is very much led by you and your individual needs. This support package is best given within the fourth trimester (the first 12 weeks) however this can be reviewed on an individual basis depending on your own personal circumstances.
The package includes.....
12 hours of postnatal Doula support, this can be taken at times/days to suit you from my availability - please note a minimum of 2 hours is required per visit. (Additional hours can be added at an additional add on cost).
An introductory 1-2-1 Baby Massage session in the home including oil and handouts to keep.
Phone/email/whatsapp support throughout our time working together.

The Virtual Package
During covid and a very difficult period for doulas and access to the hospital to support women due to constant changing restrictions locally I created this package to offer the best support I could whilst navigating this. I find it is still an option for some women/couples now if they are on a tight budget or would like support but maybe not directly in person in their birth space as such.
The package is similar to the 'Agate' package above minus my physical attendance at your birth and offers a more flexible way of support as and when you need it.

It includes:
2x Antenatal visits to help support you in your birth and postnatal preparations (this can be in person or online via zoom. additional costs apply for in person visits)
Support via email/whatsapp/phone/text for the whole duration of our contract to ask questions and seek guidance when you need it - think of it as a doula in your pocket!
Early labour support (virtually) to help you stay home for as long as you can and know when is the right time to transfer to the hospital or when to call the midwives, it could be moral support for your partner too on knowing what to do & when.
My support will then continue (if you want / need it) virtually with facetime/phone/whatsapp as and when during the labour to help you and your partner in decision making around your care and someone to call upon again for guidance when needed.
1x postnatal visit upon your return home to debrief about your birth experience and offer that initial postnatal support with feeding / postnatal recovery etc (again either In person or online).
Additional visits can be added on to meet your needs / custom contracts can be agreed, please get in touch for your free initial meeting to discuss this.

Hypnobirthing 1:1 Course
This course, usually taken over 4x 2 hour sessions (this can be flexible, for example two longer sessions could be done instead) at a time and place to suit you and your parter will provide you with all the knowledge, tools and confidence to have a positive empowering birth and early postnatal experience
