2x Antenatal meetings in your home to discuss your individual needs, prepare and plan for your birth and build on our relationship
Emotional and practical support during your labour (however long that may be!)
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your newborn
1x follow up postnatal visit for initial support and birth debrief 
Phone/email support throughout and up to 6 weeks postnatally
 
A free 30 min consultation is offered before purchasing this services to meet me and ensure we are the right fit to go forward and work together, it is really important you find the right Doula for you. Please contact me to book this and to check my availability.
 
Full terms and conditions of the package will be shared at the consultation and on your contract.
